The amount cannot be refunded once it has been added to the User's account at Royalcricket. It can, however, be redeemed for entry into features and contests organised by Royalcricket.

As soon as a transaction is confirmed Royalcricket, the User is unable to cancel it. However, Royalcricket reserves the right to cancel a transaction at any time and refund the transaction amount at its sole discretion. If a customer cancels within 48 hours of their scheduled round, they may receive a full or partial refund depending on the timing of the such request and how close it is to the start time. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

At the sole discretion of Royalcricket, a refund of the transaction amount in the case mentioned above can be issued after deducting all cancellation charges and taxes.

After deducting cancellation charges and taxes, Royalcricket reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the User. You can expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days. Users are advised to consider the additional conditions that substantially govern the transaction when completing a transaction.

If unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, event cancellation, technical errors, etc., occur, only the contest joining fee will be refunded, not the winning amount.
