Royalcricket is the flagship brand of the company SKILLREX SHINE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD " Royalcricket."

Usage of Royalcricket

TAll individuals who use the Website ("User") or access the facilities offered therein ("Facilities/Services"), including those who participate in all contests and games (including fantasy games) on the Website ("Competition/Contests"), are subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as all other rules, regulations, and terms of use provided on the Website for any facilities provided on the Website.

Royalcricket is the sole and absolute decision maker:

• Any User's access to all or any part of the Website or Website Facilities/Services may be restricted, suspended, or cancelled;
• All or any part of the Facilities Services may be changed, suspended, or discontinued;
• Delete a User's account and all related information and files;
• The Website should have general limits and practices concerning its use.
• Adding or revising the roster of players available for selection in a Contest as necessary to reflect revisions to the roster of athletes involved in the relevant Sports Event.
• All rights and liabilities relating to User accounts shall be transferred to any entity (post intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all User's registered email addresses).

Eligibility requirement

• All contestants must be 18 years or older to enter.
• It is not possible for individuals living in the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland,Andhra Pradesh, Telangana to participate in the paid version of the Contest since the laws of these states are unclear/ forbid individuals from participating in games of skill that require payment.
• Participants who have successfully registered and registered prior to each match on Royalcricket are eligible to participate in and win the Contest.

The Breach Occurs

In the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions by any User, or if Royalcricket reasonably believes that such User has violated these Terms and Conditions, or has illegally or indecorously used the Website or its provided Facilities, Royalcricket may, restrict, suspend or cancel such User’s access to all or any part of the Website or its Facilities /Services, deactivate or delete the User’s account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User’s on the Website and further, take technical and legal steps as it deems necessary at its sole and absolute discretion without any notice being provided to the User’s. Royalcricket may charge a User’s fee for using any of its Facilities/Services. However, the Website will reimburse such fee if any negligence on the part of Royalcricket causes the suspension or removal of the User’s account or the Website and its Facilities).

Aspects of intellectual property

The Website and its associates own all copyright, database, and other intellectual property rights ("Rights"). There is a reservation of all such rights. On the Website, except where otherwise indicated:

The intellectual rights ("Intellectual Property Rights'') in all software underlying the Website and its Facilities/Services and in all Content published on the Website, including (list is inclusive) games, Contests, software, advertisements, written Content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, audio or video clippings, Flash animation, and any other, are owned by Royalcricket, its partners, licensors, and/or associates as noted in the Copy. Users are solely responsible for all Content (whether privately transmitted or publicly posted) that they make available on the Website (hereafter referred to as "Users' Content"). Users must obtain an explicit written licence from Royalcricket before using any of the Intellectual Property Rights that belong to it and its features Royalcricket.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that the Intellectual Property Rights in their Content are their own and do not violate the rights of others.
• On the Website, users confirm and undertake not to display or use any names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights or intellectual and proprietary rights of third parties.
• Users hereby grant to Royalcricket and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, transfer, transmit, and/or publish Users' Content for any of the following purposes: displaying Users' Content on the Website distributing Users' Content to many other Users.
• Users' Content may be distributed and stored in any format, medium, or technology under this licence.

Links to third-party sites and services

The Website Royalcricket has no control over any Internet sites other than the Website and cannot be held responsible for their Content. There may be links on the Website to other websites owned and operated by third parties. All of those sites have their own terms and conditions, if any, that apply to users.

Royalcricket does not endorse the Content or links on its Website of third parties or third-party Internet sites. User's correspondence, transactions or related activities with third parties, including payment providers and verification service providers, are solely between the User and those third parties.

Third-party products or services should be contacted directly by the vendor if you have questions, complaints, or claims.

The Website contains Content that it has created. Users are not permitted to rely on that Content in utilising the Facilities provided on Royalcricket, including participating in contests. Regarding accuracy, integrity, and quality, Royalcricket shall not be responsible for the Content provided by third parties.

Behaviour of users

All rules, regulations, and terms of use of the Website apply to users of the Website. A User's access to all or any part of Royalcricket may be restricted, suspended, or terminated at the Website's sole and absolute discretion.

The users are not permitted to modify any files or software that are part of the Website Facilities without the express written consent of Royalcricket. Any user agrees not to engage in any action or communication that is obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory or abusive.

Royalcricket shall comply with any governmental, court, and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to using the Website by Users.

We prohibit users from accessing, monitoring, or copying any part of our sites using any automated means, including, without limitation, agents, robots, scripts, or spiders. Existing laws and legal processes govern website use.

A registration form

• It is necessary for Participants to accurately provide the following information to register for the Contest(s):
  • Full Name
  • Email address
  • Password
  • State of Residence
  • Country of Residence
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • City of Residence
  • College attended
• Participants must also confirm that they have read the Terms and Conditions and will comply with them.
• The Participant must live in a state where sake games are illegal. If this occurs, he or she will not be able to participate in the competition.

Points tabulation

Third-party service providers may provide Royalcricket the score feed and other information necessary to compute and tabulate fantasy points. Royalcricket will do its best to resolve any errors in the computation of points or the selection of winners caused by inaccurate feeds provided by the third-party service providers as soon as possible, but if any inconvenience is caused even after the rectification, Royalcricket will not be liable. Also, the Users accept these terms and consent not to file any objections or claims related to the matter.

Miscellaneous

Royalcricket will not bear any responsibility for transporting or packaging real cash to the respective winners. If it is found that a Participant playing the paid formats of the Contest(s) is violating Indian Majority Act or any other law of the land for the time being, such Participant may be disqualified and forfeit his/her win.

Dispute Resolution

The courts of competent Jurisdiction shall have exclusive Jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Amusement Facilities/Services provided by Royalcricket (including the Contest(s)), the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the User (s) (including Participants) or Royalcricket, as well as the exclusive Jurisdiction to grant interim or preliminary relief in case of any dispute referred to arbitration as given below.

All such issues and questions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

In the event of any legal dispute (which may be a legal issue or question) which may arise, the party raising the dispute shall provide a written notification ("Notification") to the other party.

If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within fifteen days of receipt of the Notification, the dispute shall be settled by the Courts of the competent Jurisdiction as mentioned herein.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall prevent Royalcricket from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief or any other relief available to safeguard Royalcricket's interest prior to, during or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having Jurisdiction to grant the same.

The pursuit of equitable or injunctive relief shall not constitute a waiver on the part of Royalcricket to pursue any remedy for monetary damages through the arbitration described herein.

Dispute resolution

We can resolve complaints by writing to the User. All complaints and disputes are kept confidential by Royalcricket. A reasonable timeframe is set for the resolution of complaints. It is Royalcricket responsibility to decide whether to respond to a complaint.

The limitation of liability

Royalcricket makes no representation, warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, and is not responsible for:

• The use of incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Users, printing errors, equipment, hardware, software, or programming;
• Any errors, defects, delays, or failures related to technical aspects, including without limitation malfunctions, disruptions or disconnections in communications lines, Internet access, hardware, or software;
• Viruses and other electronic disruptions;
• Interference by humans, such as hacking;
• An entrant may not be held liable for any injury to persons or property caused directly or indirectly by participating in the Contest, accessing, downloading, or copying materials from the Website or any other website or using any gift.
